ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Harry Schmoll was born in Somers Point, New Jersey. His early years were spent in Absecon. Later, his family moved to Pleasantville, where he resided until completing high school and college. Harry received his B.S. in business from Rider College (now Rider University) and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law. Since that time, he has practiced law, served as a crime commission director, held the position of Municipal Court Judge, and taught law courses at two universities and a community college. Upon his retirement from teaching in 2002, Harry was awarded the title of Professor Emeritus by the Board of Trustees of Burlington County College, Pemberton, NJ. Since that time, he has been engaged in the practice of law.
